How Do I Change My Charge Date?
You can adjust your charge date by following the steps below. This is helpful if you need to pause your subscription for an extended period of time, or want to receive your product on a different date. This will change the charge/delivery date for the month chosen and for all orders after it.
- Log in to your account
To login to your account, select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the search icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”. - Go to “Manage Subscriptions”
- Go to "Upcoming Orders"
Select the next occurance (this will be the top shipment). - Select "Order Date"
A calender will appear, select the date you would like your next shipment to process. Here you can also select to skip your next shipment.
How Do I Update My Payment Method and Billing Information?
- Log in to your account
To login to your account, select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the search icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”. - Go to “Manage Subscriptions”
- Go to "Payment Methods"
- Go to "Edit" or Select "Add payment method"
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the steps below.
Note: You can skip a shipment or change your next charge date if you only want to pause your subscription.
Open Orders
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, this means that you have an open order in our system. It's important to note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any open orders you may have. Once the order ships we are unable to cancel or refund it.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
To login to your account, select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the search icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”. - Go to “Manage Subscriptions”
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Select the Subscription
You may have more than one subscription with us. You will need to select the subscription you would like to cancel. - Select "Cancel subscription"
You will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to find this option.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
- Log in to your account
To login to your account, select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the search icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”. - Go to “Manage Subscriptions”
- Go to "Shipping Addresses"
- Click the Down Arrow Associated with the Address
- Click "Edit shipping address"
Update your information and then select "Edit shipping address" to finalise.
