I Just Placed an Order. How Long Before My Product Ships?

You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days of your order date. Products that are purchased or have a recurring charge over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Once your product ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking link.

Why Was I Charged for Shipping?

A shipping fee will apply to orders that only contain one-time purchase (OTP) bottles.

Note: In cases where a refund is issued, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The easiest way to find the tracking number for your order is to view the shipping confirmation email. The subject line of the email is “A shipment from order #12345 is on the way”. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

Can You Help Me With a Delayed Shipment Delivery?

Delivery delays aren't ideal, but they do happen from time to time. These delays are carrier-based issues that often resolve themselves within a few business days of the original estimated delivery date. This means that in most cases, the best solution is to allow a few extra days for delivery.
