Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).
New Zealand Shipping
New Zealand orders are sent using NZ Post, A2 and NZ Couriers.
Standard shipping times are 1-3 working days after leaving our warehouse.
New Zealand subscription orders qualify for free shipping.
Australian Shipping
Australian order are sent using Australian Post or DHL Express.
Standard shipping times are 7 - 14 days for Australian post, 2 - 5 days for DHL after leaving our warehouse.
United Kingdom Shipping
Standard shipping times with DHL Express are 5 - 7 working days after leaving our warehouse.
UK orders over £120 will qualify for free shipping.
Please note that orders over £135 will attract Customs Duty which is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay on arrival.
International Shipping
Standard shipping times with DHL Express are 5 - 10 working days after leaving our warehouse.
Customs and Duties
Orders made from outside New Zealand may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Matakana Health Limited. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders placed on the weekend will be processed within the next 2 working days.
When you place an order you have the opportunity to state instructions for the courier to leave the parcel somewhere on your property. Please note that you do this at your own risk and there is no way to claim your goods should they not arrive, or are stolen.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our website we are unable to intercept the parcel, so please ensure the contents of your order are correct at purchase and that the correct address and delivery details have been included at checkout.
What if I’m not at home when my order is delivered?
If you’re not home when your order is delivered, the courier driver will follow your personal delivery instructions (which you can add in the checkout process). If no delivery instructions are left at the time you place your online order, the driver will endeavour to leave your order in a secure location. However please note that we can take no responsibility for your order once it has been delivered.
Membership/Subscription
For more savings and convenience, you can purchase via Membership/Subscription and have your Pendulum products shipped to you at a frequency of your choosing.
Membership/Subscription pricing is subject to change at any time and at Pendulum’s sole discretion.
The applicable shipping rate is charged to your card every month.
